Refund & Return Policy – Elite Retail Supplies
At Elite Retail Supplies, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. We are committed to ensuring that every customer experience reflects our standards of excellence. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges may be requested.
1. Consumer Guarantees
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product or service:
- Is faulty, damaged, or defective
- Does not match the description
- Fails to meet the expected standard of performance
2. Change-of-Mind Returns/ Return/ Refund
While not required by law, we offer change-of-mind returns as a courtesy to our customers. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- We want to ensure a smooth return process for you. To help cover our shipping and handling costs, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not accept returns for clearance items, custom orders, or personalized products.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@eliteretailsupplies.com.au with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting documentation or photographs, if applicable
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Procedure
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit or an exchange subject to product availability.
5.Exclusions
Returns & refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:- Items returned outside the specified timeframe
- Products that have been used, damaged post-delivery, or altered
- Clearance, custom, or personalized items
